In this Sand Section new build, the technology was planned alongside the construction. Crestron home automation brings lighting, shades, audio and video together, and every system is controlled the same simple way.

Speakers sit flush in the ceilings, Sony TVs are mounted cleanly into the design, and the equipment is organized in a tidy, serviceable rack.

A remodel is a different challenge from a new build. We designed this system around the existing layout, so the technology fits the way the family lives without changing the look of the home.

A wall mounted touch panel puts lighting, shades, security and audio in one place, a 2N intercom answers the front door, and the ocean view living room keeps its focus on the view.
